These tasks are waiting for you
- A great team specializing in advanced, AI-based controlling and ITFM solutions
- Recording and analyzing complex error situations in IT architectures where our software solutions are used
- Analysis and resolution of problem cases in state-of-the-art test labs, in close cooperation with experts from the areas of DevOps, SaaS, and cloud, or directly in our customers' complex IT architectures
- Comprehensive support for our existing customers, both by phone and via remote session
- Development, presentation, and implementation of solutions (no end-user support)
- Creation of documentation and recommendations for action
- Implementation of configurations and adjustments in managed service customer environments (remote, on-premise, and cloud)
What you have to offer
- Completed training (or degree) in IT or comparable qualification
- Comprehensive expertise in Microsoft and SQL Server, as well as a solid basic knowledge of network topologies
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of multidimensional databases (SQL Server Analysis Services/Essbase)
- Interest in new modern technologies (Docker, Nomad) and software solutions (Keycloak)
- Passion for technical challenges and a strong analytical mindset
- You work in a structured manner and communicate in English (and German, if applicable) in a customer-oriented way – you can formulate complex issues in an understandable way
- Very good English skills
