Growth Marketing Operations Manager | HubSpot & Lifecycle Automation

  • Operate day-to-day marketing systems at the heart of our MarTech stack, HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, CMS, Operations Hub).
  • Partner with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to maintain our lead lifecycle, scoring models, routing, and automations.
  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of our email marketing programs, including campaign communications, nurture journeys and outbound sequences.
  • Play a key role in customer and loyalty communications including product updates, onboarding, and retention programs.
  • Help to launch multilingual campaigns (DE/EN/NL) by building landing pages, emails and nurture workflows while maintaining subscription types, and preference centres.
  • Build and maintain healthy audience segments for both customers and prospects based on licence, behaviour, topical interest and targeting criteria.
  • Support the Operations team on maintenance of our MarTech stack - integrations across ad platforms, webinar tools, enrichment providers, and BI tooling.
  • Help enforce tracking standards, UTM governance, and campaign association for reliable reporting.
  • Act as a strong operational partner to Content, SDRs, Sales, RevOps, CSM and Support teams.

Diese Aufgaben erwarten dich

  • Execute and optimise email campaigns, nurture programs, and outbound sales sequences inside HubSpot with a strong focus on quality, relevance, and performance.
  • Rewrite and improve existing email templates and messaging frameworks in partnership with Content Team.
  • Support lead follow-up processes, scoring models, territory routing, and automated task creation.
  • Build dashboards and reports in HubSpot 
  • Engage Leads and MQLs with email programs & advertising programs (partnering with our Paid Ads specialist).
  • Align closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of SQLs. 
  • Contribute to CRM data health through duplicate management, field hygiene, and regular audits.
  • Maintain GDPR compliance, consent models, subscription types, and marketing-contact governance.
  • Maintain ad platform integrations (Google, LinkedIn) and workflows that ingest campaign data into HubSpot.

Das bringst du mit

  • 3-6 years experience in demand generation, marketing operations or growth marketing.
  • Hands-on experience working in HubSpot, ideally in B2B environments with a mindset of driving engagement and conversion through nurturing programs.
  • Strong interest and capability in email marketing, lifecycle communications, and sales sequence design.
  • Comfortable with writing and improving copy/layout for operational emails, nurtures, and outbound programs.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot workflows for automation of nurturing programs. 
  • Analytical mindset with experience in campaign tracking, reporting and optimization of programs. 
  • Bonus: Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, webinar platforms, enrichment providers, and BI tools.
  • Collaborative communicator who enjoys partnering with Content, Sales, and Ops teams.
  • Detail-driven, organised, and eager to take ownership of execution.
  • Language: German and English full proficiency required.
