Position overview: At our Palma or Sofia location, you will be joining the Serviceware Performance Team, the product unit behind our powerful solution for Enterprise Performance Management. This team develops and maintains web-based tools that help finance and IT leaders plan, analyze, and optimize their service costs, value, and efficiency. As a Senior Web Developer, you’ll play a key role in advancing the front-end of our solution – building scalable, intuitive, and high-performing user interfaces with TypeScript and React.

Together with experts in backend, UI/UX, and product management, you’ll contribute to Serviceware Performance, used by enterprise customers to make data-driven strategic decisions. Your work will directly impact how organizations understand and manage the business value of their IT and shared services.

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Design, build, and maintain reusable frontend components and modules using React with TypeScript
  • Collaborate with UX/UI, backend, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
  • Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into robust, responsive, and accessible interfaces
  • Integrate with RESTful APIs, ensuring typed and error-resilient communication
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and share frontend best practices
  • Optimize front-end performance
  • Ensure high code quality via unit/integration tests 
  • Participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance for frontend deployments
  • Remain current on frontend trends, tools, and frameworks, proposing improvements to our stack

What you have to offer

Technical skills & experience5+ years building web applications with React and strong proficiency in TypeScript
  • Deep knowledge of modern frontend practices:
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs with proper typesafety
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors/frameworks (e.g. Material UI, SCSS,  styled-components)
  • Solid understanding of module bundling (vite, rollup), tree-shaking, and optimization techniques
  • Proven experience writing tests (unit and integration) and enforcing code quality standards
  • CI/CD familiarity: Git, automated testing, linting, deployment processes
  • Good grasp of performance profiling and debugging browser-based issues

  • Analytical, proactive, quality-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills—able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Team player who enjoys mentoring and fostering constructive feedback
  • Ability to work independently, plan your work, and manage time effectively in a hybrid setting
  • Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking); German is a plus
