Our departments

Our Administration department is a centralized unit within our entire company, consisting of several specialized teams. 

Fleet Team: In this area, we take care of approximately 100 company vehicles. Our tasks include claims management, handling tire change seasons, processing service requests, ordering new company cars, and handling lease returns.

Travel Team: Our team is responsible for planning and booking business travel. We manage the bookings, and handle the settlement of travel expenses.

Office Management: Our duties range from purchasing and mail processing to coordination with property management. In addition, we are the central point of contact for all employees with regard to office-related concerns.

We are also responsible for a number of other varied tasks, including supporting event management, occupational safety and sustainability management.

This diversity makes working in Administration extremely varied and exciting. Our work ethic is characterized by teamwork, a high standard of service and absolute reliability.

Our product development department designs innovative software solutions. We work in agile scrum teams together with frontend, backend and fullstack developers as well as product owners, UX/UI designers, technical writers and scrum masters. 

Our software developers work on the user interface (frontend) and complex functionality and databases (backend). Some of us, the fullstack developers, love a challenge and are proficient in both frontend and backend technologies.

Welcome, we are the finance department! We play a crucial role in the financial management and controlling of the company.

Our accounting team guarantees the accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. We ensure compliance with legal requirements and accounting principles. We check and post supplier invoices, maintain financial data, prepare reports for authorities and monitor payment flows. We are also responsible for handling outstanding receivables, are in charge of payment transactions in Germany and abroad and work closely with auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance.

In addition to collecting, analyzing and evaluating business figures and statistics, our controlling unit we monitors planning targets and prepares budgets and forecasts. Using indicators and key figure systems, we ensure transparency and identify optimization potential in order to provide the management with a solid basis for decision-making and to advise them.

The main task of our support department is to assist our customers with challenges within the software solution they use and at the same time to serve as a central point of contact for questions of any kind. To this end, our team works together across all locations to find the fastest and most efficient solutions and answers for the product in use.

Our team take on both smaller challenges in the front end, e.g. questions about the product or faults in the user interface, as well as large, complex topics in the back end, which require in-depth analyses of the program code and a high level of technical understanding at database level, for example. We not only come into contact with our own software solutions, but also with the technical infrastructure of our customers and various partner products – so we can constantly expand and develop our knowledge.

As a managed service engineers, we carry out various implementations for our customers, update their systems with the latest product patches and regularly check the systems for problem-free operation.

Our team is structured around key focus areas: content and editorial, graphic design, video and audio, performance and automation marketing, data and process management, event management, webmaster tasks and HR marketing.

In our content and editorial unit, we develop and create target group-specific content that generates the right buzz. The graphic design team creates visually appealing elements to complement various media, while our video and audio experts bring multimedia content to life. As the technical backbone, the Cloud Management team is responsible for the infrastructure of Serviceware's SaaS offerings. Our responsibilities include the development, operation and continuous expansion of the hardware and software infrastructure on which Serviceware's SaaS solutions are operated.

The team covers the entire spectrum of operating a highly available virtualization infrastructure. This starts with the configuration and administration of the actual hardware (e.g. hypervisor, networking, and storage)and extends through the virtualization layer (VMware) to the administration of the operating systems (Windows Server and Linux) and shared services (e.g. database server or load balancer).

To ensure service availability and data integrity at all times, the system is designed for high availability and is monitored closely by our cloud system engineers. Repetitive tasks are mapped into processes and automated, enabling efficient and consistent high-quality execution.

We work closely with the support/managed service, consulting and product development teams on a day-to-day basis.

In our team, both IT enthusiasts with a broad range of knowledge and experts with in-depth specialist knowledge will find an interesting and challenging job.
