  • The use of AI/ML in planning and forecasting increases speed and quality through data-driven predictions

The latest release of Serviceware Performance 9.2, the leading software solution for Corporate Performance Management (CPM), offers its users significant usability improvements and enhancements on several levels, especially for Performance AL. The core of the current release is the technical integration of the Performance AI module for intelligent corporate planning.

Based on their own data, users can then easily set up and train models. Seamless integration with Performance workbooks enables users to integrate the results directly into the planning process, display different scenarios and use them for new planning cycles. The Performance AI module is easy to understand and use.

With the help of the Performance AI module, Serviceware Performance helps companies increase their efficiency and precision in planning and forecasting. The quality of the planning process and the planning results is further improved. AI/ML continuously incorporates new findings so that effectiveness continues to increase. At the same time, AI/ML relieves the controlling team of repetitive manual tasks.

Serviceware Performance 9.2, in particular the Performance AI module, was developed in close cooperation with experienced users and planners in large companies, but is designed to meet the needs of medium-sized businesses too.

Serviceware SE thus consistently continues the integration of AI in all levels of the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform.
