Despite the uncommon format, the meeting went without any problems and the managing directors, the administrative board, as well as the shareholders were able to discuss all items on the agenda and follow business as usual. Among other things, the shareholders voted to grant approval of the actions for Serviceware’s managing directors and administrative board.
