Covid-19 Update: Through the crisis together

An update from our CEO Dirk Martin on how we help our customers in the crisis

Dear Serviceware Customer,

It has been over a month since I shared my first update on the Corona situation with you. We are now almost in a 'crisis normality' mode where we have learned to deal with the precautions and restrictions that look like they will remain with us for the foreseeable future.

Serviceware is well positioned for the crisis, both economically and operationally. As reported in the first update, we have changed our working methods and social behaviour and are pleased to receive positive feedback on our current service performance at all levels.

Our main focus now is to offer added value and solutions to help you successfully lead your company or team through the crisis. Some examples from across our company include:

  • Our teams in Mallorca and Leiden are building a contactless appointment service for the Dutch health care system to minimize the risk of infection when making appointments.

  • Our team in Hamburg is providing Serviceware Knowledge on a free extended trial to support companies in providing their employees, especially in work from home situations, with all the knowledge they need to keep businesses running effectively.

  • Our IT consultants across Europe can offer you a free consultation on the financial evaluation of your IT processes. This can help you reduce costs and ensure sufficient liquidity without negatively affecting the quality of your business services. Our most experienced consultants, including my fellow board member and COO, Dr. Alexander Becker, are available for a confidential and free consultation sessions.

And finally, in the middle of this crisis we had some significant orders and new customer wins, which underline the importance of Serviceware solutions especially in challenging economic times. This included another DAX 30 company and a New York investment bank that chose Serviceware Financial and Serviceware Performance for cost control, transparency and liquidity assurance.

As always, in addition to your personal contacts in Sales, Consulting or Professional Services, I am available at any time to provide feedback and discuss your individual priorities.

I will inform you of any new developments and updates. Until then, we continue to concentrate on delivering the best possible service to you.

Stay healthy and best wishes,

Dirk Martin, CEO
