The sales trainee program at Serviceware offers you a unique opportunity to dive into the world of sales. Here, you will learn everything about the program structure, the application process, the benefits it offers, and the qualifications you should bring.
As a sales trainee, you will undergo various learning and practical phases with us to ensure a quick integration into the team and support your personal development. Right from the start, you will receive a detailed plan that gives you a clear overview of your development progress. Continuous feedback sessions will take place with both your personal mentor and the sales management team.

We will invite you to an in-person interview with our sales management at one of our locations. Following this, we will provide you with direct feedback and make a joint decision on whether and when you can start as a trainee with us.

In the trainee program, you can systematically enhance your professional skills through diverse training and workshops. From the start, you will gain valuable practical experience, support your mentor, and learn the fundamental processes of the company. As you take on more responsibility, you will manage projects independently, develop into a leadership role, and eventually lead your team. Later, you can pass on your accumulated experience as a mentor to new trainees.
