Serviceware has announced a new partnership with Synerity to bring together their expertise in Enterprise Service Management, Process Automation and Employee Experience management with Serviceware’s Financial Management solutions.
The partnership will help organizations regain control of their services costs, lower excess spend and provide more cost transparency to Service consumers.
