The second Serviceware customer event for Enterprise Service Management (ESM) and Service Excellence – held in the RheinMain CongressCenter in Wiesbaden on October 23rd – was once more a huge success.

Around 120 guests attended to network, to discuss, and to learn about a range of topics including the impact of artificial intelligence on the ESM market, alignment of company-wide service processes, and the new Serviceware branding and strategy for the future.

CEO Dirk Martin kicked off the event and explained the company’s growth, emphasizing its rebranding and positioning as the leader in Enterprise Service Management, Strategic Service Consulting and Infrastructure and Managed Services. Since the last forum in 2018, cubus AG had been acquired and the recent rebranding led to a more unified vision and communication of Serviceware’s products and services.

The event was supported by Serviceware's partners Veritas, Symantec, PureStorage and Nexthink who were introduced to the audience. Dirk Martin emphasized the importance these infrastructure partners have as part of Serviceware's success and their outstanding support for the event.

One highlight of the event was the keynote speech of entrepreneur and inspirational speaker Carsten Rath. His engaging talk was filled with ideas about how service is the “playing field of excellence” and crucial to successful sales. Later, Prof. Dr. Peter Buxmann from TU Darmstadt and Cordula Bauer, Group Director Product Development at Serviceware, talked about their unique partnership in the field of artificial intelligence and the importance for the future of the Serviceware Platform.

Breakout sessions in the afternoon were a mix of technical demonstrations, customer presentations and current issues such as the Darknet, storage, and IT infrastructure integration. The workshops were split across five areas, addressing topics such as compliance & integrity, data agility, service excellence, Serviceware’s Enterprise Vault, as well as the connection between Serviceware Financial and Serviceware Performance.

Speaking at the event, Dirk Martin CEO said: “Our second Serviceware forum was such a positive event and I’d like to thank everyone for attending. We are truly leading the way in Enterprise Service Management, Strategic Service Consulting and Managed Services. We can only do that through the outstanding community of customers and partners - alongside our super teams spread all across Europe. Let’s build on our momentum with even more impactful solutions! I can’t wait until the next forum – It’s going to be even bigger.”
