Idstein, 9 April 2024 Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) is continuing its international growth course with a strong momentum and has now successfully entered the Asian market. Serviceware has gained a Fortune Global 500 company as a new customer in Asia. The company from the oil industry with sales revenues in the high double-digit billion USD range and several tens of thousands of employees has opted in favour of the Serviceware ESM platform with the Serviceware Financial and Serviceware Performance modules as well as the Serviceware Digital Value Model (DVM). The SaaS contract was initially concluded for a term of three years. The conclusion of the contract is associated with sales revenues in the seven-digit US dollar range for Serviceware. The scope of the project also includes consulting and support services. The market-leading software solutions for the financial management of IT and Shared Services and corporate planning will replace the new customer's previous proprietary solution.
