Serviceware SE recognized by international RIA study as market leader in the areas of ITFM and TBM

• The analyst house "Research In Action" recognizes Serviceware as overall winner in the "Vendor Selection Matrix™”

• "AI-first" strategy convinces customers and leads to the highest score in the recommendation index

• Highest score of all providers in both customer satisfaction and price-performance ratio

Idstein Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has been recognized by the independent research and consulting company Research In Action ("RIA") as the market leader in the DACH region in the fields of IT Financial Management and Technology Business Management for its software solution Serviceware Financial. As part of the study "Vendor Selection Matrix IT Financial Management and Business Technology Management Solutions - The Top Providers for the Upper Midmarket and Large Enterprises in DACH 2024", Serviceware convinced the jury with the breadth and depth of its range of solutions as well as numerous tools and applications supported by artificial intelligence. Serviceware scored top marks in terms of customer satisfaction and recommendation rate as well as the price-performance ratio and was able to outperform global competitors such as Servicenow, Apptio and SAP in the overall assessment.

The analysts were particularly impressed by the "practical approach" of the Serviceware Digital Value Model (DVM), which extends the TBM taxonomy and effectively addresses the implementation hurdles of the TBM model outlined in the study.

In addition, Serviceware's innovative, "AI-first" strategy approach and the fact that the company has already been consistently using AI in the area of financial planning for more than five years is extremely well received.

The Vendor Selection Matrix is a survey-based method for comparative vendor evaluation. It is based on a survey of IT or business executives as well as in-depth interviews with software or service providers, users and the assessment of analysts. A total of 700 IT and business managers with budget responsibility in companies with annual sales revenues of at least EUR 50 million in Germany, Austria and Switzerland were surveyed.

Serviceware has already been recognized several times in recent years by RIA as the market leader for IT and enterprise service management software. With the RIA study that has now been published, Serviceware is underpinning its strong market position in the areas of ITFM and TBM as well.

Thomas Mendel, Managing Director of Research In Action GmbH, comments: "In the ITFM and TBM area, the Serviceware Financial solution is used by many major international customers and is characterised in particular by its close link with Serviceware Performance. The unique combination of these products effectively links the ITFM and TBM context with the (corporate) planning and analytics level."

Mendel thus once again emphasises the strengths of linking the TBM/ITFM levels with other service areas of the Serviceware platform.
