Idstein, 10 February 2022 Serviceware SE (“Serviceware“, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) significantly expands its successful cooperation with one of the world’s largest building materials group. In the field of IT cost management, the module Serviceware Financial from the unique ESM platform of Serviceware, which has been used by the customer already for several years, is considerably extended by supplementary solutions in the field of transfer pricing. So far, Serviceware Financial has supported the customer with its numerous functions, including the creation of cost models, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The licence agreement involves sales revenues in a six-digit euro range for Serviceware.

Interrelated companies must comprehensively document prices and their determination for intra-company services and deliveries. The Serviceware solutions in the field of transfer pricing within the module Serviceware Financial support the customer at the development and documentation of transfer prices and secure the correct charging and determination of the cost price. Serviceware Financial creates reports for internal transfer pricing which show where and which costs have been allocated. As a result of extensive digitalisation and automation of the accounting processes using Serviceware solutions, manual errors are avoided, tax legislation is complied with and economic risks due to miscalculations are minimised.

Esmehan Reiff, Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Serviceware: „We are excited to expand our long-standing cooperation based on the good experience with our solutions to date. For us, it is a great sign of confidence and a confirmation of the efficiency of our range of services that Serviceware Financial is now also being used in the sensitive area of transfer pricing. We will further expand the synergies we have already leveraged with Serviceware Financial at the customer site, reduce existing redundancies and further optimise the organisational structure.”
