Idstein Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has entered into a partnership in the area of IT Financial Management (ITFM) with Materna Information & Communications SE ("Materna"), an internationally operating IT service provider headquartered in Dortmund. In the course of the partnership, Materna will become a reseller for the Serviceware Financial software module, the software solution for the financial management of IT and shared services from the ESM platform of Serviceware. Materna will also provide implementation, support and training services. Serviceware expects the partnership to generate additional growth in sales and marketing.
Serviceware and Materna are planning to closely interlock their range of services in IT Financial Management and beyond in the future. The partnership combines the expertise of Materna in consulting and implementation in the field of ESM with the financial management solution of Serviceware. Materna has a strong customer base with numerous corporations and large companies, which offers Serviceware new customer potential.
Effective ITFM is today a critical factor for the long-term success of companies. Many companies continue to handle their IT budgets with Excel and other spreadsheets. The time expenditure and the susceptibility to errors are correspondingly high. With Serviceware Financial, companies have a future-oriented solution with comprehensive analysis tools, reporting options and automated workflows which can be continuously developed, adapted to individual needs and delivers reliable and error-free results as well as full transparency on IT costs. Significant savings can be achieved in particular through the Serviceware’s "Digital Value Model".
Nadine Pfleger, Group Director Business Transformation at Serviceware: "Through the strategic partnership with Materna, we are further expanding our good position in the field of IT cost management and thus strengthening our position on the global ESM market. As a first step, our cooperation includes Serviceware Financial. Building on this, we want to develop new software solutions together with Materna and launch them on the market. We are currently examining for example how our software solutions can be used in conjunction with the sustainability consulting approach of Materna."
Ulrich Pöhler, Director Business Development - ESM at Materna: "Serviceware Financial offers excellent additions to our product and consulting portfolio. The module provides companies with a unique tool with which they can keep track of their finances and ensure full cost transparency. This is more important than ever, especially in economically turbulent times like today. Together with Serviceware Financial, we create significant added value for companies and will strengthen our range of services with this partnership for the benefit of our customers."
