Serviceware partners with CrowdStrike to support the European expansion of Project QuiltWorks
- Project QuiltWorks combines AI, security data, automation, and partner expertise to help address risks from frontier AI faster.
- Serviceware contributes local market knowledge and hands-on implementation expertise for customers in Europe.
- Partners gain access to Falcon IQ to prioritize security findings and accelerate risk reduction.
Idstein CrowdStrike is expanding Project QuiltWorks across Europe and has added Serviceware as a new partner in the initiative. The goal is to help organizations identify risks from frontier AI earlier, prioritize them effectively, and remediate them faster. In addition to Serviceware, Almaviva Group, Atos, BT, Computacenter, Deutsche Telekom Security, Grant Thornton UK, iiTD, Intrinsec, Kudelski Security, Orange Cyberdefense, Stoïk, Strong-IT, Telefónica, and TIM AG are joining the initiative.
Serviceware is one of CrowdStrike’s largest partners in Europe and was recently recognized with the “2026 CrowdStrike Europe Partner Award.”
A Collaborative Approach to Emerging AI Risks
Frontier AI is changing how vulnerabilities can be discovered and exploited. Project QuiltWorks is designed to help organizations respond to this shift with faster, more targeted action. The initiative brings together frontier models from OpenAI and Anthropic, as well as open Nemotron models from NVIDIA, with CrowdStrike threat intelligence and real-time security data. It also combines hardened cloud infrastructure from AWS, agentic automation through Falcon IQ, partner-led remediation, and financial protection from leading cyber insurers.
“AI is changing the economics of vulnerability exploitation. The industry must also accelerate the economics of remediation. Project QuiltWorks brings together AI, data, infrastructure, expertise, and financial protection to help customers find and fix risk before it leads to impact. Expanding across Europe grows the network behind this mission, giving organizations more capacity to prioritize what matters and fix it faster,” said Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike.
Falcon IQ Turns Findings into Action
Falcon IQ helps turn insights into attack narratives, investment priorities, and remediation roadmaps. It also automates time-consuming tasks involved in assessing, prioritizing, and remediating risks. European Project QuiltWorks partners will gain access to Falcon IQ, enabling them to scale their expertise and accelerate remediation across customer environments.
CrowdStrike is also introducing the QuiltWorks Sales Pioneer accreditation. It recognizes partners that complete four CrowdStrike Sales Associate (CSA) accreditations. The accreditation gives distributors a framework for enabling partners and expanding Project QuiltWorks knowledge across the channel.
Serviceware contributes local market knowledge, established customer relationships, and technical implementation expertise. This helps assess findings in the context of each customer’s environment and align remediation with European data protection and data sovereignty requirements.
“Project QuiltWorks helps organizations assess security risks more effectively and turn findings into concrete action faster. Serviceware strengthens the initiative with local expertise and experience implementing security solutions in complex customer environments. This enables us to help our customers measurably reduce risk,” said Nicolas Gascard, Sales Director at Serviceware.
