Annual General Meeting

Pursuant to Section 24 (4) of the Serviceware SE statute, the Administrative Board is authorized for the period until May 10, 2028, to convene Annual General Meetings, also as so-called virtual Annual General Meetings without physical participation of the shareholders.

The Administrative Board of Serviceware SE has decided to make use of this authorization.

The Annual General Meeting of Serviceware SE will take place on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the form of a virtual Annual General Meeting.

A video and audio transmission of the entire Annual General Meeting will be made live on the Internet for registered shareholders. Shareholders will be able to make speeches and ask questions via video communication. Shareholders may exercise their voting rights exclusively by postal vote (in writing or by electronic communication) or by granting power of attorney to a proxy appointed by the Company. Please note in particular the regulations on registration for the Annual General Meeting, which are still required. The place of the Annual General Meeting as defined by the Stock Corporation Act is the Company's offices, Serviceware-Kreisel 1, 65510 Idstein, Germany.
