Share Buyback Program 2026 – Serviceware SE
On 21 May 2026, the Board of Directors of Serviceware SE resolved to utilize the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2025 to acquire treasury shares pursuant to Section 71 (1) No. 8 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and to carry out a share buyback programme (“2026 Share Buyback Program”) with a maximum volume of up to EUR 5,000,000.00 (excluding incidental acquisition costs). Up to 300,000 shares (ISIN DE000A2G8X31) may be acquired on the stock exchange by 31 May 2027.
The 2026 Share Buyback Program is carried out in accordance with the safe harbor provisions of Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014, in conjunction with the provisions of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1052 of 8 March 2016.
