Change Advisory Board (CAB)

A Change Advisory Board (CAB) is a body of experts and responsible stakeholders that assesses and prioritizes requests for changes and approves or rejects their implementation.

The CAB is a central element of Change Management. Suitable ITSM software helps to manage such processes centrally and document them traceably.
