Serviceware #1 vendor for Enterprise Service Management SaaS and Software

  • For the third year in a row Serviceware has been named number 1 out of the top 20 providers in the upper and midsize market
  • Received the highest recommendation rate (98%) of all providers as part of Research in Action’s Recommendation Index

Bad Camberg/Hartenfels For the third year in a row, Serviceware has come out on top of Research in Action’s (RIA) "Vendor Selection Matrix for IT and Enterprise Service Management. " It also takes first place in RIA’s new Recommendation Index which measures customer satisfaction with their software products.

As part of the "Vendor Selection Matrix - IT and Enterprise Service Management SaaS and Software: The Top 20 Vendors for the Upper Medium-Sized Businesses in Germany 2020", RIA surveyed 750 IT budget managers from all over Germany. The evaluation is completed by interviews with the software or service providers, users and assessment from independent analysts at RIA.

Dr. Thomas Mendel, Managing Director at RIA said: "In addition to its advanced enterprise service platform, Serviceware demonstrates an uncompromising service mentality – scoring high consistently in the evaluation of customer satisfaction and value for money. In the Recommendation Index, Serviceware also achieved the best value of all providers with 98%.”
