The core product of MCH+, and later helpLine B.V., was the Careware software platform. Careware supported the operational processes of organizations in which field service activities are essential to their business operations.

Serviceware Resources
In 2018, the PMCS.helpLine Software Group, which included Careware, was rebranded as Serviceware SE, and Careware received its new name: Serviceware Resources. Serviceware Resources is part of the Serviceware Platform and serves a variety of sectors, including:

- Domestic care
- Integrated youth health services
- Medical laboratories
- Service engineers
