Idstein Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) is continuing its dynamic acquisition of new customers in the current fiscal year 2023/2024. A Fortune 150 company from the logistics industry with sales revenues in the mid double-digit multi-billion euro range and several tens of thousands of employees worldwide has decided to deploy the Serviceware ESM platform with the Serviceware Financial and Serviceware Performance modules within the Group. The software solutions for the financial management of IT and Shared Services and corporate planning will be successively migrated to the logistics company's existing platform and will replace the new customer's previous proprietary solution. The SaaS contract was concluded with a minimum term of 3 years and is associated with sales revenue in the seven-digit euro range for Serviceware. The scope of the project also includes maintenance and services.
Serviceware offers the new customer a future-oriented platform that continues to develop in line with growing requirements. The software solutions of Serviceware's unique ESM platform will be used in the company's IT area. With them, the customer can use a standardised cost model for Technology Business Management that can be adapted to individual requirements, efficiently manage and price its service costs and thus have full cost transparency in the budgeting and cost analysis of service processes across all areas of the company. Comprehensive tools and analysis functions help to identify cost drivers and reduce costs. The customer also relies on the Serviceware Digital Value Model. This enables a holistic view of IT's contribution to value creation in the company by recording, correlating and analysing all the costs of an IT organisation in detail. The control logic of the Digital Value Model ensures that IT strategies are successfully operationalised. Responsibility for profit and loss, targets, key performance indicators (KPIs) and measures can be made transparent to managers in IT, Finance, HR and other Shared Services on this basis.
Sam Wilson, Head of International at Serviceware: "We continue to see a strong demand for our software solutions, also internationally. Winning a leading global logistics company once again demonstrates the performance of our ESM platform and that we can fulfil the needs of customers worldwide with our offering."
