Dr. Alexander Becker joined Serviceware in 2012 as Head of Corporate Strategy and has been Chief Operating Officer (COO) since 2018. He studied industrial engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and received his doctorate in 2011 from the Technical University of Darmstadt for his dissertation on the architecture of IT systems.
