Bad Camberg Serviceware SE (“Serviceware”, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has been honoured for its software solutions in the field of Technology Cost and Resource Management. In the study “Vendor Selection Matrix Technology Cost & Resource Optimization - Top Global-Vendors 2020“, conducted for the first time by the renowned and independent research and consulting company Research In Action, Serviceware reached the first place right away and is listed by RIA as the international market leader. In the overall ranking Serviceware was able to leave internationally relevant competitors like the US competitors Apptio or ServiceNow behind.

The overall rating is based on the judgment of industry analysts and the assessment of around 1,500 international decision-makers from companies of different industries and sizes. The study emphasized, more particularly, the breadth and depth of the Serviceware portfolio as well as the outstanding recommendation index of 96%. The unique Serviceware Enterprise Service Management platform covers the areas Technology Cost and Resource Management by the solutions Serviceware Financial and Serviceware Performance (part of the Serviceware platform since the take-over of cubus AG in 2019). Serviceware Financial is a leading software solution for the financial management of IT and Shared Services and helps companies to reach optimum cost transparency with a structured service catalogue and almost unlimited budgeting scenarios, amongst others. Serviceware Performance, the module for corporate planning and management, offers customers diverse functions for planning, analysis and reporting in all areas of corporate management as well as a continuous and consistent analysis and reporting possibility on a central database from one data source.
