Serviceware SE enters into partnership with IT service provider Materna in the field of IT Financial Management

Idstein Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has entered into a partnership in the area of IT Financial Management (ITFM) with Materna Information & Communications SE ("Materna"), an internationally operating IT service provider headquartered in Dortmund. In the course of the partnership, Materna will become a reseller for the Serviceware Financial software module, the software solution for the financial management of IT and shared services from the ESM platform of Serviceware. Materna will also provide implementation, support and training services. Serviceware expects the partnership to generate additional growth in sales and marketing.

Serviceware and Materna are planning to closely interlock their range of services in IT Financial Management and beyond in the future. The partnership combines the expertise of Materna in consulting and implementation in the field of ESM with the financial management solution of Serviceware. Materna has a strong customer base with numerous corporations and large companies, which offers Serviceware new customer potential.
