Serviceware SE wins a large insurance company from the D-A-CH region as a TBM customer

Idstein Serviceware SE (“Serviceware,” ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has secured a large insurance company from the D-A-CH region as a customer. The group will use the AI-native Serviceware Platform for its Technology Business Management (TBM). The SaaS contract concluded with the company has a term of at least three years. The Serviceware Platform offers numerous tools and analytics functions for identifying and realizing savings potentials. Through features such as automated budget-to-actual comparisons and multi-year planning across various business units, the company achieves full cost transparency and control over its service processes, resulting in significant resource and cost savings. Serviceware also convinced the insurer with its value-based pricing model, where the price is oriented toward the immediate benefit and value to the customer.
