Idstein Serviceware SE (“Serviceware,” ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has agreed with a renowned Dutch healthcare service provider to significantly expand the use of the Serviceware Platform. After more than two years of successful cooperation in an initially limited field of application, the company is now using the Platform much more comprehensively. For an average five-figure number of patients, the scheduling of sample collection and the downstream logistics processes will in the future be automatically planned, coordinated, and managed by Serviceware's Platform. This means that previously paper-based processes will be completely digitized. In addition to consistent error minimization and process optimization, patients will benefit from further accelerated diagnosis and thus treatment. The healthcare service provider also benefits from a significant gain in efficiency.
The decisive factors for the significantly expanded cooperation were the customer's positive results from the previous use of the Serviceware Platform, Serviceware's extensive expertise in successful implementations in the laboratory field, and Serviceware's comprehensive certifications. The implementation of the Serviceware solution will take place smoothly and without disruption to the healthcare service provider's ongoing operations, while at the same time connecting a large number of external partners.
Based on the expanded contract with the Dutch healthcare provider, Serviceware is further growing its SaaS business. Total sales revenues, which will amount to a seven-digit euro figure in the first five years, will mainly consist of recurring revenues.
Hereward Burgers, Managing Director Serviceware Benelux: "When an existing partnership is expanded so significantly, this highlights the capabilities of our AI-native platform and the customer's high level of satisfaction with it. That's why we are particularly pleased to be taking the next step toward outstanding digital-based services with this customer in the healthcare sector. We see further potential for Serviceware in this customer relationship and in the healthcare sector as a whole. We are very pleased that our solution enables patients to receive faster diagnosis and treatment."
