Idstein Serviceware is introducing a new generation of service management of the company's own solution for IT and Enterprise Service Management, Serviceware Processes. The new version is tailored to the needs of organizations that need to securely deliver complex service portfolios, track service levels and provide visibility into the cost of services.

When processing service requests, personal data needs to stay confidential. This becomes even more important when multiple service teams, such as IT, HR and facility management, use the same platform. With the new "Dynamic Permissions" authorization system, service organizations can easily map complex authorization scenarios.
