Sales Development Representative

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our UK-based team and help drive new business for our international sales organisation.
In this role, you’ll focus on winning new customers for Serviceware Financial, our leading SaaS solution for IT financial management, FinOps, and IT service management. You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build a strong pipeline of opportunities across global markets.
As an SDR, you’ll take a proactive approach to reaching out to key decision-makers in areas like Finance, IT, and Procurement. Your goal is to understand their challenges and introduce how our solution can help improve cost transparency, budgeting, and planning.
You’ll be responsible for creating a great first impression, qualifying potential customers, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. Strong organisation, follow-up, and attention to detail in CRM systems will be key to your success.

These tasks are waiting for you
- Reach out to senior decision-makers (e.g. in IT, Finance, and Procurement) at large companies and start meaningful conversations.
- Run outbound sales campaigns targeting key accounts.
- Carry out daily outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, focusing on quality and personalisation.
- Qualify potential customers by understanding their challenges and whether our solution is a good fit.
- Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with Account Executives to book high-quality discovery meetings.
- Research companies to understand their structure, key stakeholders, and potential opportunities.
- Keep CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) up to date with accurate activity and contact information.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows when needed.
- Share ideas and contribute to improving team processes and best practices
What you have to offer
- Some experience in a customer-facing role
- Confident communicating via phone, email, or video
- Basic understanding of IT, Finance, or SaaS is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well organised, able to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Business or Finance degree is a plus
