About us

At Serviceware, we stand for team spirit, responsibility and passion. We bring together international talent, ambitious junior staff and experienced experts to create a strong team that works together to develop innovative solutions.

With around 450 employees at 14 locations worldwide, we develop IT and software solutions that deliver genuine added value for our customers. We never lose sight of the personal side of things, because appreciation and team spirit characterise our culture. Application process at Serviceware

First acquaintance

Depending on where you live, we will meet online or in person for an initial meeting.

The aim: to get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere, where we can get to know each other and you can gain an authentic insight into who we are and what we are working on.

Second conversation

If both sides have a good feeling, another interview follows.

Focus: We talk about your strengths, the requirements of the position and you get to know your potential team better.

Decision & entry

After your second interview, we’ll know if we’re the right fit for each other. If everything aligns, we’ll move forward and discuss your future at Serviceware.

What you can expect

Onboarding: Arrival made easy

Our onboarding program makes it easy for you to get started: you will receive a structured introduction, get to know your most important contacts and receive practical training on our tools and processes. This will make you feel welcome and well integrated right from the start.

Induction & support: a safe start

In the first few weeks, your manager and your team will support you. You will learn how to get support so that you can work confidently and independently.

Arrival & outlook: Moving forward together

Towards the end of your probationary period, we will talk about your experiences, successes and next steps. It is important to us that you feel comfortable with us and know what the future holds for you at Serviceware.
