These tasks are waiting for you

• Obtaining price information and conducting price comparisons
• Order processing and billing for our customers
• Processing license, maintenance, service, and training orders
• Maintaining data in our ERP system
• Issuing quotes and invoices

What you have to offer

• You have completed commercial training and ideally have some initial experience in accounting and invoicing
• Alternatively, you have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a comparable field
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Ideally, you already have some knowledge of Navision
•    You communicate confidently in German (at least B2 level)
•    Your personality is characterized by a high degree of responsibility and reliability 
•    You are used to working independently and precisely
•    In addition, you are communicative and a team player and have a strong customer and service orientation
