Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d)

Your perspectives with us

  • A key operational personality executing at the centre of our MarTech stack, HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content Hub, CMS, Operations Hub). 
  • Maintain our lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and automation for an advertisement and outbound-led motion with SDR alignment.  
  • Manage our bi-directional data sync with Microsoft Dynamics 365; define field mapping, conflict rules, and monitoring.  
  • Assist in operating multilingual marketing ops (DE/EN/NL) to help your colleagues launch campaigns: creation of landing pages, forms, emails, workflows, website pages, subscription types, and preference centres.  
  • Assist in running loyalty marketing: customer communications and product updates.  
  • Deep knowledge of our audience segments and subscribed audiences; maintain healthy customer segments based on licence and create new prospecting segments based on targeting or activity.  
  • Maintain integrations: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, programmatic platforms, webinar tools, data enrichment platforms, and Power BI.  
  • Build and enforce tracking, UTM governance, and campaign association to ensure accurate reporting and attribution.  
  • Act as a trusted partner across Content, SDRs, Sales, RevOps, Support and Leadership; translate goals into clear operational plans and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Govern data model, users, permissions, and naming.  

These tasks are waiting for you

  • Work on our lead follow up processes, implement scoring (lead/account) and territory routing with tasks and alerts.  
  • Work on our Data Health: duplicate control, property completeness, formatting rules, and data health reviews.  
  • Configure dashboards and reports in HubSpot and (occasionally) Power BI.  
  • Maintain GDPR consent, double opt-in (where required), subscription management, and marketing-contact cost control.  
  • Assist in the creation and launch of customer facing landing pages, forms, emails, workflows, website pages, subscription types, and preference centres.  
  • Manage sandbox usage and safe deployments; document changes, train users, and uphold governance.  
  • Run a cross-functional intake and prioritisation process; manage stakeholder expectations; communicate timelines, trade-offs, and impacts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Improve our ads integrations for Google and LinkedIn; maintain workflows to gather data from programmatic platforms and create compliant automations to enrich CRM data using our data platforms.  

What you have to offer

  • Proven experience in the HubSpot tech stack at mid-to-large contact scale.  
  • Strong automation skills: workflows, webhooks, and QA discipline.  
  • Understanding of attribution models and how to connect ad platforms successfully to CRM data: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic; audience sync and Offline Conversions.  
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, webinar platforms, data enrichment platforms, and Power BI  
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to influence and build trust with Content, SDRs, Sales, Support and Leadership.  
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and field-level sync design. (Bonus) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and field-level sync design
  • Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, able to prioritise clearly, and comfortable with ownership.  
  • Language: German and English full proficiency required
