Position Overview:
The New Business Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business sales of Serviceware’s IT Financial Management solution to large enterprise accounts globally. This role requires a strategic sales approach, deep understanding of IT financial management, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

Sales Strategy & Execution:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Serviceware’s IT Financial Management solution.
- Target and engage large enterprise accounts globally to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position Serviceware’s solutions effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for Serviceware’s IT Financial Management solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company strategy and market demands.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Serviceware’s visibility and brand.
- Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
What you have to offer
Experience:- 5 – 10 years in Enterprise Software sales, meeting and exceeding ARR quotas of $1m+.
- Proven track record of successful enterprise sales in IT Financial Management, IT Service Management, FP&A, or related software solutions.
- Experience selling to large enterprise accounts globally, with a strong industry network.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics) and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
