Position Overview:
The New Business Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business sales of Serviceware’s IT Financial Management solution to large enterprise accounts globally. This role requires a strategic sales approach, deep understanding of IT financial management, and the ability to engage with C-level executives.

These tasks are waiting for you

Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Serviceware’s IT Financial Management solution.
  • Target and engage large enterprise accounts globally to drive revenue growth.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position Serviceware’s solutions effectively.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
Market Analysis & Business Development:
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for Serviceware’s IT Financial Management solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company strategy and market demands.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance Serviceware’s visibility and brand.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
  • Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

What you have to offer

Experience:
  • 5 – 10 years in Enterprise Software sales, meeting and exceeding ARR quotas of $1m+.
  • Proven track record of successful enterprise sales in IT Financial Management, IT Service Management, FP&A, or related software solutions.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise accounts globally, with a strong industry network.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Skills:
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics) and other sales tools.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field preferred.
Language:
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
