Gartner IT Symposium/Xpo, Barcelona Serviceware SE (https://serviceware-se.com)  introduces the AI-native Serviceware Platform for IT Financial and IT Service Management at the Gartner® IT Symposium/Xpo™ 2024, Barcelona, Spain.

This release is a fundamentally rethought and re-engineered platform that retains all the previous quality and performance features of the Serviceware service platform, is backwards compatible and is also future-proof thanks to the embedding of AI at its core.

Dedicated to enabling companies to create business value from every single technology investment, process, resource, and asset, Serviceware SE has combined its in-depth knowledge of processes and workflows with the capabilities of AI in Enterprise Service Management and IT Financial Management/TBM.
