In the study “Vendor Selection Matrix Technology Cost & Resource Optimization - Top Global-Vendors 2020“, conducted for the first time by the renowned and independent research and consulting company Research In Action, Serviceware reached the first place right away and is listed by RIA as the international market leader. In the overall ranking Serviceware was able to leave internationally relevant competitors like the US competitors Apptio or ServiceNow behind.
The overall rating is based on the judgment of industry analysts and the assessment of around 1,500 international decision-makers from companies of different industries and sizes. The study emphasized, more particularly, the breadth and depth of the Serviceware portfolio as well as the outstanding recommendation index of 96%.
