Bad Camberg, 9 December 2020 Serviceware SE (“Serviceware“, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) records an ongoing high demand for its planning software for medical test centres and laboratories. In the Netherlands, Diagnostiek voor U, a leading supplier of medical diagnostics and services, has decided in favour of the Serviceware appointment scheduling tool. With the scheduling tool, which is part of the software module Serviceware Resources, Diagnostiek voor U can manage visitor capacities in its more than 100 medical centres in conformity with the Covid-19 instructions and reduce social contacts to a minimum whilst complying with the hygiene and distancing rules. In addition, the software solution provides an improved overview of the daily routines in medical test centres and laboratories and facilitates appointments for patients via a self-service portal.
At present, already six medical institutions use the scheduling tool of Serviceware in the Netherlands. They have managed so far almost 200,000 appointments per month with the Service appointment scheduling tool and have hence contributed towards the containment of the pandemic. With Diagnostiek voor U the number of appointments managed via the planning tool will be significantly increased. An existing customer uses the planning tool also for the coordination of the Covid-19 tests of its own more than 4,000 employees. Since the market launch of the planning tool in late May 2020, Serviceware has succeeded in leveraging cross-selling potentials with other software offers of the Group. Serviceware is currently in promising talks to further institutions.
