Bad Camberg, 24 November 2021 Serviceware SE (“Serviceware“, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has gained yet another new high-profile customer. A leading international group in the field of recycling has opted for Serviceware Financial, a module from the unique ESM platform of Serviceware. To begin with, an SaaS agreement has been signed for a corporate division with a term of at least 4 years. The volume agreed so far involves sales revenues in a six-digit euro range for Serviceware.
Serviceware Financial, the software solution for the financial management of IT and shared services, offers the new customer numerous intelligent analytical tools to identify cost drivers in the company and shows transparently where costs can be significantly cut. Serviceware Financial convinced the customer, moreover, with a structured service catalogue and different budgeting scenarios. The software solution used so far in the company was strongly marked by manual processes; this resulted in a high complexity, inefficiency and a higher probability of errors. With Serviceware Financial the company can rely on a comprehensive solution for budget planning and forecasts, so that the number of processes is strongly reduced and time is saved.
Sam Wilson, Global Account Director at Serviceware, based in London: “Our success among international groups as customers continues. In the present case, we have started by addressing a group division. Altogether, we see a high and increasing demand for modules from our ESM platform.”
