Bad Camberg Serviceware SE (“Serviceware“, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has gained yet another new top-level customer within the framework of its internationalisation strategy and the addressing of large groups as customers. A leading European big bank has decided in favour of the software module “Serviceware Performance” (previously cubus outperform). Serviceware Performance is to be integrated into the company portal of the financial institution, which is used in all the branches on the domestic market of the big bank to provide, amongst others, an overview of all the data available within the group and is to replace the existing software of a US software provider.
Serviceware Performance will migrate successively to the existing platform. The software module supports the employees of the bank with extensive reporting and analysis functions in all areas of corporate management. The employees can continue to access existing, established functions without interruption.
