Bad Camberg Serviceware SE (“Serviceware“, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has won a large enterprise from the US as a new customer. An internationally operating investment bank with headquarters in New York and tens of thousands of employees has chosen the software solution “Serviceware Performance” (formerly cubus outperform). The software will be primarily used at the company’s US locations. The yearly six-figure revenue for Serviceware resulting from this deal consists of licensing fees as well as recurring maintenance costs. Serviceware managed to win this client while bidding against mostly North American competitors.

The customer’s original requirements were primarily focused on a tool for reporting and analysis. However, Serviceware’s solution managed to distinguish itself due to its extensive possibilities for Financial Performance Management, with various functionalities for planning, analysis, reporting, scenario management, and simulation in all areas of business controlling.

Dirk K. Martin, CEO and co-founder of Serviceware: “Beyond the potentials in revenue, this major contract of course also has a strategic component to it. It allows us to further accomplish two of the key goals of our expansion strategy: internationalization and increased focus on large enterprises as customers. We are well-positioned in the current market landscape. Our integrated and modular ESM platform offers solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of your service processes, while allowing for analysis and optimization of the costs. This wide array of service offerings is a hallmark of Serviceware. Depending on the current market situation, our customers can put their focus on different aspects of their business.
