Idstein Serviceware SE (“Serviceware“, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has acquired a leading Austrian technology company as a new customer. The customer has opted in favour of the Serviceware Financial module from the unique ESM platform of Serviceware. The company acts, among other things, as an IT full-service provider and supports customers, mainly from the healthcare sector, in the digital transformation of their service processes. The licence agreement is associated with sales revenues in a six-digit euro range for Serviceware. The scope of the project also includes maintenance and other services.

Serviceware supports the customer in the implementation of an integrated and automated end-to-end financial management platform. Serviceware Financial convinced the customer, among other things, with its numerous functions and tools for the efficient design of forecasting processes and the identification of cost drivers. The software solution shows where costs can be concretely cut, thereby significantly reducing the number of processes and saving time. Serviceware Financial also has a comprehensive solution for budget planning, the creation of cost models and reporting. So far, the customer had been using IT and shared services solutions for financial management, which were marked by manual processes. Data integration across different divisions in the company was correspondingly inefficient, complex and susceptible to errors. Serviceware Financial was the only solution on the market which was able to meet the highly complex requirements of the technology company and provide a solution to digitise the internal service cost model.

Peter Schöpf, Vice President Strategic Sales DACH at Serviceware: "We are delighted to have acquired another new high-profile customer. With Serviceware Financial, the customer has a market-leading solution that can be adapted to specific requirements and with which it can manage and price service costs. This licensing deal is once again proof of our expertise and of our ability to consistently meet market demands with our products."
