Idstein Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) has won a leading global engineering and Fortune 500 company as a customer. The group with several ten thousands of employees and sales revenues in the multi-billion euro range will use the ESM platform with the modules Serviceware Financial and Serviceware Performance. The solutions of Serviceware will completely replace the proprietary software solution used so far by the group. The SaaS contract has a term of at least three years.
