Idstein Serviceware SE (“Serviceware”, ISIN DE000A2G8X31) reports on a successful virtual Ordinary General Meeting. The shareholders of the company approved all items on the agenda with a large majority of more than 88.2 percent of the votes. A total of 81.6 percent of the share capital was represented at the Annual General Meeting. Among other agenda items, Prof. Dr. Peter Buxmann (61) was elected as a new member of the Administrative Board. He is a long-standing University Professor for Business Information Systems with a focus on software and AI business at the Technical University of Darmstadt. He also has practical experience as a company founder in the field of AI (Artificial Intelligence). On the basis of his comprehensive know-how and successful cooperation on research projects over several years, Serviceware is confident that Buxmann will provide insightful input for the company's further development with regard to AI as a growth driver. He succeeds Ingo Bollhöfer, who stepped down from the Administrative Board as planned at the end of the Annual General Meeting and to whom Serviceware would like to express its sincere thanks for his unwavering commitment to the Board. The Annual General Meeting also resolved to authorize the purchase and sale of treasury shares. The company may thus acquire treasury shares in a volume of up to 10 percent of the current share capital until the Ordinary General Meeting in 2030.
