Idstein The shareholders of Serviceware SE ("Serviceware", ISIN DE000A2G8X31) approved all items on the agenda with a large majority at yesterday's Annual General Meeting, which was held virtually. Among other things, the Annual General Meeting discharged the Board of Directors and the Managing Directors for the 2021/2022 fiscal year with a majority of over 85 per cent in each case.
